The matter may be brought to the notice of the concerned Branch Manager of pension paying Branch for its immediate redressal. Kindly obtain the complaint form from the branch and submit it against acknowledgement.
For redressal of Pensioners’ grievances a Toll Free Help Line 1800 1800 762 has been provided at Central Level. Complaint can also be lodged at Bank’s website https://www.pnbindia.in or email can be sent to care@pnb.co.in.
Pensioners can also approach the Banking Ombudsman of the concerned State in terms of Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006 of the Reserve Bank of India (details available at the Bank’s website www.rbi.org.in) This is applicable only in respect of complaints relating to services rendered by Bank.
For other issues, the complainant will have to approach the respective pension paying authority.
