New Registration

Enter your account number in which pension is credited. Enter your Date of Birth in DD-MM-YYYY format in DOB field.
An OTP will be sent to the mobile number registered with Bank. Enter OTP to proceed further.
Create a user id. Minimum length 6 Alphanumeric Charcters. Maximum Length 8 Alphanumeric Charcters. 0-9, A-Z, a-z are only allowed.
Set and confirm password Password should have a minimum length of 8 characters and maximum 10 characters
Password should have minimum one uppercase letter and one numeral (0-9)
No special characters allowed in password. Password is case sensitive
Select minimum one security question and answer. Save it for future reference as it will be required in case you forgot your password.
After successful registration, pensioner can login through registered user id and password.
User account will be locked out after three consecutive unsuccessful login attempts and will be unlocked automatically after 24 hours.

Forgot Password

Password can be changed using the security question and answer chosen at the time of registration after validating the OTP sent on registered mobile number.

Reset Password

In case, user forgets both the password and the security question, then new password can be generated using ‘Reset Password’ option. A Temporary password would be sent to the registered mobile number.

Forgot User ID

If the User forgets the login user id , then user id can be retrieved using account number and DOB. An OTP will be sent to registered mobile number and after OTP validation, the User Id will be sent to registered mobile number.
